For Pet Sitters

Our service allows homeowners to find reliable and trustworthy sitters for their pets and homes through our mobile app or website. Simply sign up, browse available sitters, and book the one that suits your needs.

We offer Pet Sitting, House Sitting, Dog Walking, and other personalized services based on your requirements.

Booking a sitter is easy! Just log in to our app or website, select the service, choose your preferred dates, browse available sitters, and select your preferred candidate. Then, confirm and pay for your booking.

Sitters do not require prior experience to become an active sitter, however, those who have experience are requested to provide testimonials. These sitters will gain an “endorsement” badge on their profile.

While photo ID verification is mandatory for our sitters, a criminal check is optional. Sitters that are able to provide a criminal check have an icon flagged next to their profile to advise the check is verified.

We take sitters of all experiences and qualifications, even newbies. Working with the right people is important to us, as qualifications and experience can be gained. Once the onboarding process starts, sitters undergo a basic level of training and tests to prepare them for animal handling and safety situations that can occur. Sitters with specific pet care or pet training qualifications are outlined in their biographies.

We take the safety of your pet and home very seriously. Our sitters are carefully vetted, and we have measures in place to monitor and track their activities while they're on duty.

As the booking process nears completion, you'll be prompted with a list of questions to clarify the responsibilities required of the sitter. One of these questions will pertain to medication administration. Sitters' biographies detail their skills, allowing you to choose the most suitable sitter to meet your specific needs.

Yes, we encourage meet-and-greets between pet owners and sitters before confirming a booking. This allows you to get to know the sitter and ensure they're the right fit for your pet.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking through the app or website. Please refer to our cancellation policy for any applicable fees or restrictions.

In case of emergencies, our sitters are trained to handle various situations. We also have a support team available 24/7 to assist with any emergencies that may arise.

Currently, we're operating in the Western Cape in South Africa. However, we plan to expand to other areas in the future.

Our pricing varies depending on the type of service selected and the duration. You can find detailed pricing information on our app or website.

Yes, we offer discounts for long-term bookings. Bookings longer than 7 days are subject to a 10% discount and bookings longer than 21 days are subject to a 15% discount. Referral discounts are also offered.

We accept payments through our secure online payment system. You can pay using credit/debit cards or other supported payment methods.

If your sitter cancels, we'll do our best to find a replacement sitter for you during the dates selected. If we cannot find a replacement, we'll provide a full refund or help you reschedule your booking.

In a worst-case scenario where your sitter does not show up at the allocated arrival time (we understand emergencies can happen) and is not contactable, our customer service team can be notified through our platform. An emergency sitter will be contacted to assist with your booking. If no emergency sitter is available, your booking will be refunded
